Mechanical Reliability Engineer
A major industrial player undergoing modernization is looking for a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team of around 5 people on site in Nivelles. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will actively contribute to the reliability and performance of production equipment in a highly technical environment.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines
* Diagnosing mechanical faults and proposing appropriate solutions
* Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
* Reading and interpreting technical plans to ensure precise interventions
* Recording operations in internal tracking tools for traceability
* Following and promoting safety guidelines across the site
Qualifications
* Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, or an equivalent field
* Significant experience in industrial maintenance (at least 3 years of experience)
* Comfortable reading technical plans and troubleshooting faults
* Strong awareness of safety standards and teamwork
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced teams
