Description Main Responsibilities Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and reconciliation Review and comment on relevant reports using internal tools Complete after-sales service files through desktop applications Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers accordingly Handle customer service tasks, including order sourcing, validation, and customer notifications Process remote sales payments and ensure customer follow-up Order, track, and distribute staff uniforms Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service required Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English required; French is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer applications and digital tools
