We are looking for an E&F Performance & Resources Management Lead who is analytical, proactive, and collaborative to join our team based at our UCB campus in Braine‑l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key, strategic role in shaping how Engineering & Facilities projects are planned, resourced, monitored, and reported.
You are going to ensure end‑to‑end visibility over a large‑scale, global E&F portfolio, enabling informed decision‑making on capacity, costs, risks, and performance. Acting as a trusted partner to engineering teams and leadership, you will drive consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

You will work closely with engineering teams, project managers, PMOs, finance partners, and leadership across global sites.
You are going to collaborate with internal experts and stakeholders to align data, challenge assumptions, and support project excellence and investment governance in a highly dynamic, international environment.
What you will do
1. You will act as the IPPO reference for E&F resource capacity and portfolio performance.
• You will define, own, and continuously improve capacity management tools and processes.
• You will consolidate portfolio data on resources, timelines, costs, risks, and compliance.
• You will develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and balanced scorecards across E&F.
• You will coordinate performance reporting and portfolio reviews with senior leadership.
• You will support PMOs and project teams on methodology, escalation, and performance insights.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Pharma, or related field.
• Strong experience (at least 10 years) in project, portfolio, or resource management in pharma or engineering.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi‑site project portfolios.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capability.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and French; comfortable working in global, matrix organizations.
