Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Scheduling meetings and managing timelines;
* Preparing and formatting client-facing documents;
* Communicating with clients and candidates on behalf of the Consultant/Country Lead;
* Coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved;
* Handling billing, expenses, and data tracking with accuracy;
* Supporting business development activities with planning, content creation, and follow-up;
* General support to the Country Lead in preparing team meetings, presentations, and follow-up on appraisal process, etc.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A proactive approach to planning and organization;
* Detailed attention to accuracy and quality;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel;
* A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in a coordination or support role;
* Fluency in English and Dutch.
