Responsibilities
* Analyse specifications, assess feasibility, identify sensitive points, and prepare synthesis documents to support bid development and strategy.
* Evaluate project risks and opportunities, prepare related documentation, and define mitigation or avoidance strategies.
* Conduct market studies: analyse defence programs and needs, review available solutions, identify supply sources, and define supply boundaries.
* Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial bids, manage planning, consolidate inputs from all departments, and validate estimates with management.
* Support commercial and technical negotiations and maintain ongoing contact with customers and external partners.
Qualifications
* We seek individuals with an engineering, marketing, business, or similar background.
* Strong technical understanding of complex products.
* Legal and commercial acumen (financing, documentary credit, contractual risks, etc.).
* Advanced IT skills, particularly with Office 2007 and MS Project.
* Experience with Baan and/or SAP is advantageous.
* Strong proficiency in French and English.
