* Position: Senior Manager, Strategic Capacity Management – Wound Closure & Healing (WCH)
* Job Function: Supply Chain Planning; Sub Function: Strategic Capacity Management
* Location: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil
* Reporting to: LRPP/SCM Business Process Leader, Integrated Business Management (IBM) team, global MedTech Supply Chain organization
Key Responsibilities
* Integrate with business stakeholders for modeling inputs and internal customers.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and accelerate data/analysis delivery.
* Apply problem‑solving to bridge data gaps and create feasible models/scenarios.
* Drive annual strategic planning governance, cadence and communication.
* Influence cross‑functional partners without formal authority, mastering executive communication.
* Identify and evaluate business opportunities beyond capacity, including new product launches, technology requirements, business continuity, regulatory validations, and inventory/cycle‑time management.
* Discuss capacity implications on procedure revenue forecasts, gross profit, market share, inventory, and regional strategies.
Tools
* Owner of SCM models in the OMP platform and scenario generation/reporting.
* Champion large‑data modeling tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, PowerBI.
* Use of OMP, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or Jonova.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree; STEM‑related field preferred.
* Focused degrees in engineering, logistics, supply chain, computing, finance, economics acceptable.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
* Relevant leadership experience in logistics, planning, and/or manufacturing in the medical device industry.
* Proven expertise building process and simulation/optimization models.
* Familiarity with Theory of Constraints or System Dynamics.
* Experience with OMP, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or Jonova.
* Ability to train others on models and assumptions.
* Travel up to 30% domestic and/or international.
