 
        
        What you’ll do
As an Associate Researcher, you will perform daily experimental work in a laboratory, pilot plant, or production environment. You will support the development of new products and processes by running tests, collecting data, and analyzing results. Working closely with a technical coach or manager, you will help deliver reliable and reproducible research outcomes that drive our projects forward.
Your responsibilities:
Learn and work within P&G systems, safety procedures, and R&D practices.
Execute standardized test methods and experiments.
Document and summarize experimental data for review and interpretation.
Report results and observations, highlighting any unexpected findings
Work in accordance with quality assurance and safety standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and make effective use of available tools and resources.
Develop computer skills relevant to data recording, analysis, and reporting.ProfielWho you are
You have a degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., chemistry, biology, process technology, or related)
You are practical, eager to learn, and have strong attention to detail.
You can work independently after initial training.
You speak very good Englisch (other languages or a plus)
