For a customer in Brussels, I am searching for a freelance Helpdesk support. Responsibilities Install and support PC’s (software and hardware), printers, mobile phones, tablets for internal customers. Your internal customers are in Belgium and abroad Contact can be established per e-mail, phone, Teams or onsite Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and infrastructure issues with the end-customer and ensure they are operational again in short time Follow standard help desk procedures inside and with external suppliers Profile Interested in PC hardware and peripherals Knowledge on Windows 11, MS Teams, M365 and other basic IT applications Good oral and written communication skills Fast learning skills Good customer service orientation Good drive for problem analysis & problem-solving Stress tolerance Open for flexible working hours and potentially for short missions abroad Additional Details SENIORITY: Flexible START DATE: February/March DURATION: 6 Months EXTENSION: TBC CONTRACT: Freelance LOCATION: Brussels ONSITE POLICY: 3 or 4 days per week HOURS PER WEEK: 40 LANGUAGES: Fluent English, Dutch/French a bonus INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1-2 stages If you are interested, please forward your updated resume to jay.kukoyi@vividresourcing.com to be considered.
