You combine business development, client management, and talent recruitment to build sustainable partnerships and successfully deliver projects.
Develop new business opportunities: you actively prospect and build long-term relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
Support clients throughout the entire sales cycle: from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
Select and match consultants to client projects: you ensure optimal use of talent across current and future assignments.
Manage negotiations: you aim for profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage a portfolio of clients and consultants: you ensure quality, continuity, and long-term collaboration.
Experience in business development (ideally in consulting): you identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills: you communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and consultants.
Strong negotiation skills: you strike the right balance between business objectives and client satisfaction.
Autonomous and well-organized: you work independently, efficiently, and with a constant focus on quality and results.
