Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the technical and financial aspects of one or more construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring site activities, maintaining regular contact with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site activities and ensure timely completion of projects
* Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders
* Monitor and control project costs and finances
* Oversee the technical aspects of construction sites, including quality control and safety protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's/Master's degree in construction engineering or a related field, along with minimum 3 years of experience as a site manager. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in IT applications. Experience within infrastructure is highly desirable, and knowledge of firewater pipe laying would be an asset.
