Your Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and continuity of the production process. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions ✅ Performing preventive maintenance on modern and automated production equipment ✅ Collaborating with internal teams as well as external technical partners ✅ Recognizing opportunities for improvement and supporting optimization of processes ✅ Implementing structured maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

1. Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach.
2. Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics.
3. Experience in production line maintenance is required, preferably in a similar industry.
4. Basic knowledge of automation (Siemens S5, S7, TIA Portal) is an asset.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Passion for technology and continuous learning.
7. Safety-conscious and precise in execution.
8. Flexible and willing to work in shifts (early and late shifts).
9. Team player with excellent communication skills.
10. Willing to participate in an on-call system after the training period.
Opleiding: Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of een gelijkaardig vakgebied.
Vakkennis: Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of gelijkaardig). Je hebt grondige kennis van mechanische en elektrische systemen. Je hebt goede kennis van pneumatica en hydraulica of bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met onderhoud van industriële of productie-installaties. Je kan technische storingen analyseren en efficiënt oplossen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

11. Gross salary: €20.76/hour
12. Shift allowance: Early shift: +€1.16/hour, Late shift: +€2.18/hour
