Lead and schedule employee shifts and assign duties Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts Know best practices and be a role model in responsible area Train and coach new employees Inspect equipment and communicate need for repairs or replacements to management Open and close the store in accordance with procedures Ensure health and safety standards are followed Address customer and employee complaints Resolve conflicts between workers Help foster and maintain a positive work environment Provide feedback to the management team Manage store opening/closing process Performance
Track and ensure the team meets sales goals and key metrics: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ADT, Wages, Mystery Shopper, Turnover, Staffing, SKU trainings, PULSE, daily tip‑off cards Support Store Management in implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results Build & maintain strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets Represent our ethics and values and ensure others follow them People
Support planning of One‑On‑One meetings for team members Coach & develop team members Measure performance of the store team Delegate and supervise tasks in the store team Prepare morning and afternoon update meetings (huddle) and daily plans for employees Product
Follow all VM Guidelines Serve as product knowledge resource for consumers and entry‑level associates Maintain merchandise availability on the shopping floor Support Back‑of‑House in stock management & movement in stockroom & sales area Assist the Visual Merchandising team in commercial preparation of the store and arrangement of merchandise on the sales floor Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits Customer Service
Establish a client‑centric mindset to ensure customer experience Gather customer data & manage data quality Handle transactions, complaints & returns Processes & Systems
Ensure all company policies & procedures are followed Proficiency in business systems & latest technology Manage loss prevention operations on the sales floor Communicate with IT and office teams in case of system problems during shifts Minimum Qualifications
Experience in a similar position with demonstrated ability to meet & exceed targets Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members Brand knowledge & ability to represent brand attributes Commercial mindset Excellent communication skills at all levels Flexibility & adaptability to business needs Experience in networking & building relationships Proficient in business systems & latest technology Willingness to constantly learn & develop Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand English communication skills (spoken & written) Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed Why Retailors?
