Are You the Positive Power Behind Smooth Operations?
We've recently invested in new systems and are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can help us maintain and improve our logistics processes. This is your opportunity to join a stable organization with a clear long-term vision, where your contribution truly matters.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the linchpin in our warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Together with your co-supervisor, you lead a team of 20 to 30 employees and guarantee efficient logistics operations. Here's what your role will involve:
* Efficient stock management and inventory control
: You organize and monitor cycle counts, ensuring our inventory is always accurate. Master data is safe in your hands, and you ensure that all data is correct and complete.
* Damage follow-up and claims
: If something goes wrong, you're the first to step in. You handle damage cases and claims efficiently, helping us get back on track quickly.
* Problem-solving and prioritization
: Flexibility is key. Making decisions, resolving issues, and maintaining oversight are part of your daily routine.
* Receiving, storing, and shipping goods
: You coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring a thorough quality check.
* Planning and hands-on work
: You work closely with the Warehouse Manager to set up and execute daily planning. Rolling up your sleeves? You do it gladly.
* Safety and order
: You are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Work and safety instructions are clearly communicated and strictly followed under your watch.
* Internal service
: You provide excellent support to departments such as Purchase and Supply/Customer Order Management, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations.
* Positive work atmosphere
: As an ODC ambassador, you contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture on the shop floor.
* Onboarding and training
: You welcome new colleagues and guide them through the internal training process, helping them quickly find their place in the team.
The profile of our ideal candidate
* A secondary school diploma (A2 level) or higher.
* At least two years of experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
* Proficient in working with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, BC) and MS Office tools.
* Holding a Security Officer Airfreight certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement.
* A natural People Manager with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Flexible and adaptable - you thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust your schedule as needed.
* Someone who brings a positive mindset and a warm, approachable presence to the team.

* A stable position within a financially secure organization.
* The chance to apply and grow your logistical and organizational skills in an open environment with a flat hierarchy and short decision-making lines.
* Opportunities to work with international contacts and foster global connections.
* Being part of a supportive team and a company that values collaboration and reliability.
* A dynamic workplace with varied tasks and interesting projects.
* A competitive compensation package aligned with your skills and experience.
* Access to various employee benefits.
