Business Analyst
Ideal start date: 01/03/2026
Duration: Long term B2B contract
Onsite activities: 3 days a week onsite (Brussels-Schuman), 2 days a week remote
The following activities are in scope (non-exhaustive list):
* Identify, plan and execute activities related to Business Process analysis, modelling and reengineering.
* Organise interviews and chair meetings with stakeholders, capture knowledge and gather business requirements.
* Translate the acquired knowledge into clear and actionable business analysis documents, business requirements, business process models and business architecture related artefacts and documentation.
* Review and/or enhance documentation produced by the sector in the context of analysis of the GSC’s business processes.
* Perform quality checks on the accuracy and validity of data, and/or process incoming requests for updating data.
* Produce reports and present the results in an easily understandable manner.
* Participate in functional and technical working groups.
The service provider shall have :
* Adequate background in Information Technology and experience in data analysis and gap analysis techniques for documenting complex business environments
* Expertise in the area of business processes analysis, including knowledge of modelling languages and notations (e.g. BPMN, EPC, Archimate, UML) and usage of modelling and analysis tools (e.g. ARIS Business Designer)
* Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, being a good team player and a good listener.
* Knowledge of clearview application.
Education : Bachelor complemented by a certification for the standard modelling tool
Professional experience:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the domain of the lot and more specifically as below:
• Experience in business analysis and business process modelling
• Experience in business process improvement and business process management (BPM)
• Experience in the field as Business Architect, Business Process Analyst or Business Designer
Language skills:
Very good knowledge of English and French (proficient user – C level)
Other specific expertise:
Very good writing skills, excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to see the overall picture
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, through a methodological approach
Experience of working in projects; knowledge of one Project Management Methodology
