ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain enterprise data governance standards and guidelines related to data quality, semantics, data modelling, and regulatory frameworks for data products.Define and support the deployment of data product frameworks and governance guidelines across the organization.Translate enterprise data governance standards into clear policies, procedures, and operational guidelines .Coordinate and manage the rollout and adoption of data governance standards and data product frameworks .Act as a change management ambassador, promoting governance standards and best practices across teams.Serve as a point of escalation for issues related to data governance, data quality, integrity, protection, interoperability, and compliance.Work closely with business, IT, and data stakeholders to improve the overall value and usability of data products.Ensure alignment of data governance practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements .Contribute actively to the development and execution of the organization's data management strategy .SkillsStrong knowledge of Data Governance principles and frameworks .Experience with Data Mesh concepts, including data products, data product contracts, data product specifications, and metadata harvesting.Experience working with Enterprise Data Management tools .Knowledge of data quality management, data analytics, business intelligence, or data lake environments .Familiarity with project management and planning tools .Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .Ability to influence teams and drive governance adoption across departments .Strong organizational and coordination skills .Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment .Proactive mindset with strong ownership, autonomy, and commitment to continuous learning .
