Key Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a strategic relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset and a track record in managing high-value accounts?

At we+ BeNeLux, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who takes ownership of strategic client relationships and drives sustainable growth. You focus on strengthening existing partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring long-term value creation for both client and organization. If you have solid experience within the staffing industry and managing large accounts, we’d love to meet you.

As part of Alan Allman Associates (AAA), an international ecosystem of consulting companies, you will also have the opportunity to leverage a broader network of expertise, creating added value for clients beyond local capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Account Management:

Manage and grow key accounts, building trusted relationships Account Expansion:

Identify and develop new opportunities within existing clients to drive sustainable revenue growth Relationship Ownership:

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration Commercial Strategy:

Translate client needs into concrete commercial actions in close collaboration with internal delivery teams Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships at multiple levels within client organizations Market Awareness:

Stay informed about market developments and proactively identify opportunities within your portfolio and network

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial/account management role Staffing Background:

Proven experience within the staffing business is essential Key Account Expertise:

Experience managing and growing accounts Languages:

Fluent in Dutch, French and English Region:

Active in East and West Flanders and the wider northern Belgium region, including Antwerp and Brussels Seniority:

Autonomous and capable of managing complex stakeholder environments Nice to have:

Experience within the IT sector
