Rôles & Responsabilités
1. Guide one or more Agile teams through all aspects of the Scrum framework (Sprint
2. Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
3. Remove impediments that hinder the teams progress
4. Promote a culture of self-organisation and ownership within the team
5. Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
6. Ensure continuous delivery of value by reinforcing Agile principles and best practices
7. Support Product Owners in effective backlog management
8. Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to ensure alignment at the program or portfolio level
9. Monitor team performance using relevant Agile metrics
Profil
10. Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years), ideally within the banking or financial services industry
11. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks
12. Experience in guiding teams through Agile transformations or process improvements
13. Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
14. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
15. Fluency in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
16. Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM)
