Senior Fund Administration Professional
We are seeking a skilled Senior Fund Administration Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund accounting processes, including corporate actions and pricing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate Net Asset Value calculations and maintaining precise accounting records for a variety of clients. Additionally, they will need to ensure timeliness of client service in accordance with agreed deadlines.
* To maintain accurate accounting records and perform financial analysis tasks as required by the company.
* To identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action, keeping team and Managers informed.
* To create and maintain an excellent interactive relationship with internal departments (Client Service, IT, Custody, Corporate actions, etc.) and with external stakeholders (Auditors, Management Company, Trustee, etc.).
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor/Master Degree in Banking or Economics, or equivalent experience. They will also have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Fund Industry and mastery of fund accounting processes.
A strong understanding of financial instruments, including derivative instruments, is essential for this role. Fluency in English is required, with good command of French being an asset.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Salary: between $70,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
