Job description
I’m an experienced freelance software developer looking for a sales-oriented partner with a basic understanding of software development to help with lead generation and client outreach on a flexible, part-time, remote basis. The idea is simple: you focus on finding opportunities, outreach, talking to potential clients, and positioning my technical skills while I handle development work remotely for the client.
You earn a recurring monthly commission for each active client you bring in. For example, if a client you brought in stays with us for 6 months, you receive the commission for all 6 months.
The workload naturally varies: during outreach you’ll sometimes put in more effort, while during the development phase there may be long periods with little or nothing to do aside from occasional client check-ins. Yet your commission continues as long as the client remains active. It’s a flexible setup that rewards you long-term for your initial effort.
What You’ll Do
* Brainstorm the best way to present ourselves: whether more like a personal freelance service or a small, professional team.
* Identify potential clients through outreach (email, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
* Start conversations, understand their needs, and pitch our services in a friendly, non-pushy way.
* Qualify leads and help turn them into active clients.
* Maintain light client communication during ongoing projects (occasional check-ins).
* Collaborate with me (the developer) to match client needs with technical solutions.
* Build and refine simple outreach strategies that work for you.
* Enjoy recurring monthly commissions for every client you bring in, even during periods with little active work.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role, designed to reward your efforts in bringing clients on board. Commission is calculated based on the net margin of each client, ranging from 15% to 25% depending on the client and your level of involvement. You can expect commissions roughly in the range of €500–€1,250 per month for small to medium clients, with significantly higher earnings possible for larger clients if we involve additional development support.
