As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and act as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational excellence in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Program Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:
Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Coordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability
Implementing risk management strategies and resolving technical challenges
Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards
Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders
Complex Stakeholder Management: Balancing priorities across global teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Operational Excellence: Your leadership will ensure projects meet stringent GMP standards, safeguarding product quality and patient safety worldwide.
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
You have at least a minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector ideally
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar)
Fluent in both English and French.
