Responsibilities
As part of our engineering team, you’ll be empowered to learn, contribute, and grow while working on meaningful projects:
1. Assist in the design, development, testing, and debugging of high-quality software solutions
2. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project goals, guided by experienced senior engineers
3. Actively participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
4. Support the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and production issues
5. Contribute to the documentation of software requirements, specifications, and technical solutions
6. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, applying new ideas where relevant
7. Be an active team player who supports continuous learning and improvement
Your profile
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
9. 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role
10. Strong fundamentals in backend development (e.g. Java / Spring or similar)
11. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, with Angular and/ or Vue.js being a strong plus
12. Solid understanding of software development principles, coding, and debugging
13. Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in an enterprise environment
Nice to have
14. Advanced degree in a relevant discipline
15. Relevant technical certifications or specialized training
