Apply now for the position of Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading the Flanders sales team, driving sales growth and customer engagement across clinical diagnostic products and solutions. Your role includes implementing sales strategies, achieving financial goals, and expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement sales guidelines and set targets for your team.
2. Develop sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
3. Manage budget completion and sales reporting.
4. Define and allocate resources effectively.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management on product positioning and strategic initiatives.
6. Drive customer focus and contribute to product development and customer projects.
7. Support strategic key customer development.
8. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
9. Identify new business opportunities within the region.
10. Lead and coordinate tender processes with relevant teams.
11. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
12. Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
13. Represent the company at industry events and demonstrations.
Profile:
* Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
* 3-5 years of successful sales experience in clinical diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Deep understanding of the diagnostic landscape in Flanders.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
