Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
* Lead and coach the e-commerce team to drive performance and operational excellence.
* Monitor key e-commerce metrics and use data-driven insights to improve sales, conversion, and customer retention.
* Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams on campaign planning, promotions, and inventory coordination.
* Enhance the user experience (UX/UI), manage SEO/SEM initiatives, leverage analytics tools, and oversee customer feedback processes.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally in retail or consumer products.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive online sales performance.
* Solid expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
* Leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse team and work effectively cross-functionally.
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented; fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
