* Ensure local and international tax compliance for corporate and wealth clients.
* Offer strategic tax guidance, particularly for private equity and real-estate structures.
* Draft and audit corporate tax returns and wealth-tax filings.
* Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams on cross-functional matters.
* Mentor junior colleagues and help develop team capabilities.
Senior Tax Advisor - Your Profile
* Fluent in English and French (German proficiency is a plus).
* Master's degree in Taxation, Finance, or Tax Law.
* 3-4 years' experience advising on Luxembourg tax matters, ideally with PE/RE or SOPARFI vehicles.
* Proactive self-starter, adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Client-focused with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
