Our client is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead the development and scaling of their Enterprise Superintelligence Platform. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can act as the crucial bridge between cutting-edge AI research and the real-world challenges faced by enterprise organisations. This is not a traditional IT product owner position. The CPO will become the voice of the customer for a platform redefining what enterprise software can achieve. The role involves deeply understanding client needs, solving complex operational challenges, and translating those insights into a clear strategic vision for engineering teams. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Manage the product backlog
Take full ownership of the product backlog. Prioritise features based on business value, client impact, and technical feasibility. Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and follow-up on deliverables.
Champion responsible AI
Ensure that all product decisions align with principles of responsible AI, including governance, privacy-by-design, and algorithmic fairness.
Drive go-to-market
Define product messaging, develop supporting sales materials, and contribute to product launches. Act as a key evangelist for the platform in the market.
Monitor and iterate
Define and track KPIs to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement and future iterations.
Build the ESI team
Support hiring and capability building within the ESI team as the platform scales.
