The VP Sales – Engines, Mercury EMEA is responsible to lead the long‑term commercial strategy and execution for Mercury Marine’s Finished Products across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of the channel strategy, driving sustainable growth, and contributing to the broader vision and leadership of Mercury EMEA. Experience in the marine industry is an asset Proven track record in customer‑facing roles with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience Expertise in dealer/distributor/OEM network development and management Knowledge, Skill And Abilities Ability to develop sound and distinctive strategies to achieve competitive advantage and translate broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans; ability to align the broader organization to support strategic priorities Proven leadership ability to structure and grow a team in a multicultural environment, with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. English at an advanced level. Any other European language is an asset Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to craft compelling business cases and advanced negotiation skills Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to multi‑task in a high‑paced environment and manage a large amount of complex data Business planning, continuous improvement and strategic planning process skills Knowledge of the boating industry Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Availability for business travel Our Offer This exciting opportunity is classified as Global Grade 17 (Willis Tower Watson grading methodology), with a salary range between €170,000 and €210,000, paid in 13.92 instalments. Please note that this range applies to all roles within this grade. The final offer will be determined based on several factors, including your skills, experience and location.
