Your Responsibilities
Supporting store performance
You analyze KPIs (sales, average basket size, conversion rate) and actively contribute to achieving—and exceeding—targets.
Motivating & coaching the team
Together with the Store Manager, you lead a motivated and well-trained team colleagues) who enjoy coming to work every day.
Ensuring operational excellence
You assist with stock management, scheduling, checkout operations, visual merchandising, and maintain a perfect store presentation.
Providing a premium customer experience
You assist customers with a smile, inspire them, and ensure everyone feels welcome in the store.
Managing back office & administration
You support with staff scheduling, reporting, and general store organization.
Your Profile
Experience in retail mandatory, in a leadership role.
Strong organizational skills & a good head for numbers
A true team player with natural leadership qualities
Interest in fashion, sneakers & streetwear
Proactive, result-driven & customer-focused
