đ Privileged Access Management (PAM) Lead
Weâre hiring a PAM Lead to own and drive the (Remote) Privileged Access Management strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment, with a strong focus on CyberArk .
Key responsibilities
* End-to-end ownership of the (R)PAM process and roadmap (AS-IS â TO-BE)
* Lead design/implementation/optimization of PAM solutions (CyberArk)
* Define controls aligned with security & compliance requirements
* Drive adoption and change management across business/IT/security
* Set KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting
* Support risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Profile
* 5+ years in Cyber Security with strong PAM/RPAM focus
* Proven CyberArk experience (design/deploy/ops/architecture)
* Nice to have: Citrix, Azure Entitlement Packages, Azure PIM
* Strong stakeholder, communication, and project/change management skills
* Fluent English + Dutch or French
