Functional Analyst - the role Business Functional Analysis : Understand client requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams. Project Lifecycle Involvement : Participate in workshops, define use cases, support development teams, and assist in testing and validation phases. Process Optimization : Propose improvements based on customer feedback and system usage to enhance efficiency and user experience.
