* The Flexo Application Manager is responsible for validating new flexo prepress systems, including consumables and hardware, specifically flexo printing plates and CTP systems.

* They organize and follow up on projects, supervise field tests at end customers, investigate system complaints, and cooperate with local sales and service organizations to find solutions.

* This role involves providing technical support, benchmark research to support marketing, organizing and giving technical product training to an international Service team, reporting technical research results clearly, and developing procedures used in production, QC, training, and with customers.

* The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a scientific direction or a Bachelor's degree in a graphical direction, preferably with knowledge of the flexo pre-press field. Fluency in English is essential, with Dutch being a plus.

* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and customer orientation are required, as well as the ability to travel internationally.
