This company operates within a technical production environment and plays a leading role in the international food industry. You will join a commercial organisation where analytics, market insights and customer orientation are key.
What will your responsibilities look like?
* You prepare competitive pricing proposals for the sales teams and support them during commercial negotiations
* You analyse historical prices and margins to stimulate profitable growth
* You present pricing proposals to sales and substantiate them with internal data and market intelligence
* You book contracts after customer approval and ensure all agreements are properly recorded
* You take ownership of the pricing for your customer portfolio and manage it proactively
* You manage and optimise open book pricing models, market data, margin analyses and relevant reporting tools
* You build analytical reports that support and steer the business
* You deepen your understanding of the raw material markets and production processes to strengthen pricing processes continuously
