In our ambition to become a market leader in investment advisory technology, we are working on delivering a “software as a service” for financial institutions in the cloud and serving existing and new clients through this new technology.
A business analyst’s tasks are varied and depend on the project you will be working on as well as on your affinities and interests. Our BAs have a wide variety of skills and interests and are staffed into teams accordingly.
Participate in the collection and development of business requirements, whether they are client needs or for new R&D developments;
Detail these business requirements into more specific needs;
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data through workshops with relevant stakeholders (clients, business experts, other BAs, architects, etc.)
Find solutions to meet clients’ requirements using new or existing products in collaboration with our architects and senior experts;
Maintain detailed documentation of the application;
Follow-up with quality officers and developers; Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase of projects.
Design of conceptual data models (UML) and state and sequence diagrams;
Assist the quality officers by drafting testing scenarios; Take part in end-to-end testing of new features as part of a multi-squad exercise.
Experience with modeling techniques (BPMN diagrams, UML class, state machine diagram and sequence diagrams);
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve issues, in the context of IT-oriented projects;
Team-player;
Fluent in French, and good knowledge of English;
Experience in a software company, preferably in a product-oriented environment such as a SaaS company.
