In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team, collaborate closely with the EMEA Therapy Innovation team and Benelux commercial teams, and oversee the development and implementation of product strategies and growth initiatives. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to achieve our annual operating plan. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libProduct Strategy Marketing Plan /b ul liDevelop and execute a Benelux-wide product strategy for the Diabetes therapy portfolio, ensuring alignment with EMEA and global objectives. /li liIdentify and quantify growth opportunities and prioritize marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Marketing team. /li liDefine competitive strategies to differentiate products and maximize market potential. /li liFacilitate knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across the Benelux region. /li liSupport the annual marketing planning process, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. /li /ul /li libMarketing Plan Execution /b ul liSupport the execution of the Benelux marketing plan to achieve AOP targets. /li liMonitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed. /li liCollaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and sales objectives. /li liParticipate in regular co-travels and regional sales meetings across Benelux. /li /ul /li libProduct Training /b ul liDesign and deliver comprehensive product training programs for both internal and external stakeholders, including people with diabetes, healthcare professionals (HCPs), sales teams, and new hires. /li liEnsure a strong understanding of product features, benefits, positioning, and competitive landscape. /li liEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methods. /li /ul /li libDemand Planning /b ul liWork with Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align demand forecasts with production and distribution plans. /li liHelp minimize stock shortages and excess inventory. /li /ul /li libCross-Functional Collaboration /b ul liPartner with the EMEA Therapy Innovation team to support innovation, product launches, and best practice sharing. /li liProactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Management, Inside Sales, Customer Care, Health Economics, Indirect Sales, Finance, Field Sales, Technical Consultants, Training Education, Sales Excellence, and Legal/Compliance. /li /ul /li libMarket Engagement Presence /b ul liMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust strategies. /li liMaintain strong market presence through regular customer visits and co-travels across Benelux. /li /ul /li libBudget Management /b ul liManage the Product Management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. /li liTrack and report expenditures in line with financial plans and organizational priorities. /li /ul /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. /li li7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business transformation within medtech, pharmaceuticals, or diabetes care. /li liStrong strategic mindset with a proven track record of executing successful product marketing initiatives in competitive environments. /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments. /li liFluency in English; Dutch French is a plus /li /ul h3Physical Job Requirements /h3 pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. /p h3Benefits Compensation /h3 pMiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
