Giacomo Moda is a highly dynamic and leading company in the women's fashion sector with its own production in Europe. We are the wholesaler for three brands: Amélie & Amélie, Just Woman by Matteo, and Amagia (plus size).
Our showroom and offices are located at Trade Mart in Brussels (Laken). Our team consists of approximately 20 employees of various nationalities.
Your Responsibilities:
* Strategic Growth: You develop and execute a multi-year company strategy to ensure growth and expansion within Belgian and international markets.
* Leadership & Structure: You will establish and lead a management team (MT) to professionalize the company's internal structure.
* Operational Oversight: You ensure all departments—production, pricing, commercial, marketing, and retail partnerships—are aligned with the overall strategy.
* Financial Accountability: You take full responsibility for the P&L (Profit & Loss), managing budgets, and optimizing operational costs to ensure healthy margins.
* Process Optimization: You identify opportunities to improve efficiency, particularly in supply chain management and digital integration (ERP/B2B platforms).
* Reporting: You act as the primary liaison for the founder/owner, providing monthly reports on KPIs, financial results, and strategic milestones.
Your Profile:
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are an entrepreneur at heart who treats the business as your own.
* Hands-on Leader: You are a "boots-on-the-ground" manager who leads by example and isn't afraid to dive into the details when necessary.
* Proven Track Record: You have successfully managed a company or a significant business unit (BU) before, ideally within the fashion, retail, or wholesale sector.
* People Developer: You are able to inspire, motivate, and coach a diverse team to reach their full potential.
* Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: You have at least 10–15 years of experience in management roles with increasing responsibility.
* Languages: You are fluently trilingual (NL/FR/ENG) both verbally and in writing.
* Fashion Affinity: You have a genuine passion for the industry; experience in fashion wholesale or production is a major asset.
