 
        
        Product Owner – Salesforce / HubSpot
For an international client of Dark Light, we are looking for a Product Owner with knowledge of Salesforce.
As Product Owner you are the central point of contact for all business units regarding the CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce / HubSpot). You manage change requests, ensure international system consistency, and coordinate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. You handle minor system updates hands‑on, while larger changes are coordinated through clear documentation and external implementation. You also maintain a high‑level overview of integrations with BI/reporting and data platforms (e.g. Power BI / data warehouse).
Key Responsibilities
 * Serve as the single point of contact for CRM & marketing automation across all countries and business units.
 * Intake, prioritize, and align change requests; implement minor configuration changes independently.
 * Document, specify, and coordinate the implementation of larger changes with external partners.
 * Safeguard data quality, process consistency, and compliance.
 * Stimulate user adoption: provide training, implement best practices, and monitor system usage and performance.
 * Identify opportunities for improvement and manage a continuous development roadmap.
Profile
 * Proven experience as Product Owner or System Administrator in CRM and marketing automation (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
 * Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and coordination skills across multiple business units or international teams.
 * Good understanding of CRM/marketing automation, integrations, and reporting (e.g. BI tools, data warehouses) is a plus.
 * Clear and effective communicator; fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
