Hotel Manager

Salary: $36.00 per hour – Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week.
Working Hours: Morning, Evening, Weekend, On call. Overtime required.
Overview
Oversee guest services, operations, and financial results in a fast‑paced hotel environment. Direct a team of 5–10 employees and implement policies that enhance guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement daily operations policies and procedures.
* Recruit, hire, schedule, and supervise staff.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide trainings.
* Negotiate with suppliers and clients for materials, services, and facility use.
* Handle front‑desk duties and address guest concerns.
* Prepare and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses.
* Oversee maintenance activities and enforcement of safety policies.
* Assist guests with special needs and maintain high service standards.
* Establish work schedules and manage staffing levels.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
* 1 to 2 years of hotel management experience.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Commercial driver’s licence (valid).
* Criminal record check (required).
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and team‑player attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Employment Terms
* Permanent, Full‑time.
* Hourly rate $36.00; 40 hours per week.
* Work location: On site; non‑smoking environment.
