For a customer in Brussels, I am searching for a freelance Helpdesk support.
Responsibilities
* Install and support PC’s (software and hardware), printers, mobile phones, tablets for internal customers. Your internal customers are in Belgium and abroad
* Contact can be established per e-mail, phone, Teams or onsite
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and infrastructure issues with the end-customer and ensure they are operational again in short time
* Follow standard help desk procedures inside and with external suppliers
Profile
* Interested in PC hardware and peripherals
* Knowledge on Windows 11, MS Teams, M365 and other basic IT applications
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Fast learning skills
* Good customer service orientation
* Good drive for problem analysis & problem-solving
* Stress tolerance
* Open for flexible working hours and potentially for short missions abroad

ONSITE POLICY: 3 or 4 days per week
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
LANGUAGES: Fluent English, Dutch/French a bonus
