We are currently representing a leading client within the digital services industry who are looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst with expertise in Sales Cloud and PDF butler.
* Collect and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
* Translate business needs into clear Salesforce user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
* Design scalable Salesforce solutions using standard functionality.
* Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
* Hands-on experience with PDF Butler
* Experience acting as a Scrum Master
* Fluent in Dutch
* Able to travel to Antwerp twice a week
