Job Description
The organisation is seeking a new Managing Director for the Benelux to lead the sales organization in the region, drive growth and targeted expansion initiatives.
Lead the Benelux business with full P&L accountability and operational, commercial and financial oversight.
Define and execute the strategic roadmap, setting longterm goals and implementing plans aligned with regional priorities.
Drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships and elevate the organisation's presence in key market segments.
Champion innovation and performance through strategic initiatives, new product introduction and operational excellence.
Represent the business with external stakeholders, securing new opportunities and supporting major negotiations.
Ensure strong governance, sustainability compliance and accurate reporting to regional leadership.
Contribute to potential M&A assessments and integration activities.
Strengthen technical and commercial collaboration within teams and participate in major project discussions.
The Successful Applicant
Proven success as Managing Director or Senior commercial/operational leader with full P&L responsibility in the Building materials sector. With a successful track record of at least 5 to 10 years in a senior leadership role. Furthermore:
Strong track record of creating, developing, and leading a business with a focus on sales growth, prospecting, cost-optimisation, new business development, and differentiation.
Very solid experience in product specification with architects and sales channels to general contractors, installers and wholesalers.
Experience in M&A or postmerger integration is an advantage.
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Comfortable leading change, navigating competitive environments and building crossregional alignment.
Committed to diversity, inclusion and fostering a highperformance culture.
Ideally educated in engineering, construction or a relevant technical field.
Strong commercial background with a wellestablished network in the Benelux market.
Languages: Dutch and English are required; French is a plus.
