Due to growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Representative who is fluent in both Spanish and French.
Your new role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the dedicated point of contact for your own clients within the EU, focusing on Spain, France, and Portugal.
* Dedicated contact for your EU clients
* Manage the entire order process from order to payment
* Customer handling
* Invoicing
* Coordination and logistics with warehouses
* Support to the sales team
Your profile
* Fluent in Spanish AND French
* 2 years of experience is preferred, but a motivated and enthusiastic mindset is equally valuable
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems is a plus
* Commercial and communicative mindset
