The client is looking for a full-time, Mid-level SAP IS-U consultant to contribute to projects related to business process management in the utilities sector (electricity, gas, water).
The candidate will have to work on design, configuration, integration and support missions for SAP IS-U solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze business needs and propose adapted solutions in SAP IS-U.
Write the Blue Print and participate/organize the necessary workshops during the Blue Print phase in collaboration with the project manager, the business and business analysts.
Build the solution, limited to the scope of the project, by setting up sites or lots (delivery package) and ensuring Unit Testing as well as SIT.
Define specifications and support the development of interfaces on the SAP & NetWeaver PO side.
Maintain documentation of the various impacted modules (customizing guides, FRICE, etc.) in order to facilitate future maintenance.
Assist business analysts during functional testing (UAT) phases.
Assist business analysts in writing documentation intended for users (training support, communication) before and after go-live.
Ensure the quality of deliverables (delivery package, documentation) while respecting The client governance.
Deploy the SAP solution from the development environment to the test and production environments.
Provide support during the hypercare period.
Provide the necessary support for user training.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and solutions.
EXPECTED SKILLS
Good ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks in parallel
Good command of the Office suite (Excel and Word)
Relational ease and listening skills.
Autonomy, rigor and sense of customer service
Autonomous Medior consultant, capable of working under the supervision of a senior.
Good knowledge of business processes in the utilities sector.
Mastery of key modules: Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, EDM
Ability to write functional and technical documents.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Experience with an Electricity and Gas Distribution Network Manager is required.
Experience on SAP update projects (S/4HANA is a plus).
