You will strengthen an application team responsible for the evolution, optimization, and support of a large-scale SAP S/4 CRM customer management platform. The system is business-critical, already in production, and now entering a phase of further expansion to support new customer-facing use cases and growing business demands. The role combines functional analysis with technical depth in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP S/4 CRM solutions
Support, maintain, and further develop CRM applications and reusable building blocks
Ensure stable operation of the SAP S/4 CRM platform through debugging, incident handling, and support
Contribute to the optimization and reuse of custom developments in line with defined standards
Collaborate closely with ICT application team members and business stakeholders
Support CRM-related initiatives across customer portals and customer-facing applications
What are we looking for?
You have at least 3+ years of experience as a technical/functional analyst in SAP environments
You have 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 CRM in a comparable enterprise context
You bring 3+ years of experience debugging SAP CRM in production environments
You have experience working on projects or maintenance assignments in large enterprises (non-SME)
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical or engineering background, or equivalent experience
You have 3+ years of experience with similar CRM technologies
You are fluent in Dutch at CEFR level C2
Nice to Haves
Experience as a CRM ABAP developer, including optimization of custom Z-programs
Experience with SAP CRM WebUI and SAP NetWeaver Gateway
Experience with SAP master data concepts and CRM database architecture
Experience with technical and system testing in SAP S/4 environments
Experience with incident handling within an IT support organization
Experience with integrations involving OpenText, SAP BW, SAP FI, or SAP IS-U
