Role Overview
We're seeking a Bilingual (Chinese & English) Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist to create visually engaging content that connects with both Chinese gaming audiences and Western followers across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
You'll also be responsible for producing high-quality visuals and videos — from social media assets yo promotional content — that bring Huqiao's brand and marketing initiatives to life.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong sense of design, motion, and cultural nuance, capable of delivering content that feels authentic to both audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns targeting the Chinese gaming community.
Create digital assets for Chinese platforms such as Bilibili, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, as well as for Western social channels.
Ensure all visuals align with Chinese cultural aesthetics and Huqiao's brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign concepts.
Edit Huqiao's video content — including gameplay highlights and social media videos.
Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos with attention to pacing, sound, transitions, and storytelling.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design or video editing, ideally in marketing or gaming content.
Strong understanding of Chinese aesthetics and design principles.
Experience in or passion for the gaming industry preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and video editing skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand work.
Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
Availability to work during EU business hours.
