Tasks :

Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring timely follow-up and accuracy.

Act as the primary contact for French- and English-speaking customers, providing clear and professional communication.

Handle inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and after-sales service.
*
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, supply chain, and finance to resolve issues.
*
Ensure proper use of SAP for order processing, tracking, and reporting.
*
Monitor order status and proactively inform customers of any changes or delays.
*
Support the improvement of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and solution-oriented service.
*
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
*
Previous experience in Customer Service with a focus on the order-to-cash cycle.
*
Solid working knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
*
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
*
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
