Work you'll do
Advise clients on planning large scale technology-enabled initiatives such as core system modernization and transformation.
Lead complex engagements that include custom application design and development, business process re-engineering and solution integration.
Plan, design and implement custom solutions to address clients' business challenges within the insurance or banking domain.
Accountable for customer success and build trust through delivering high quality solutions for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive key initiatives, pitch and close sales opportunities, and work on deliverables for clients.
Develop high performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities.

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
8+ years of experience in technology consulting or IT project management, with at least 4 years of experience as architect focusing on data, application implementation and technology modernization in the banking, insurance or consulting industry. Experience in leading design and delivery of complex technology solutions will be a plus.
Experience on modern platforms (e.g. Alibaba Cloud, Huawai Cloud, Tencent Cloud) and database solution (e.g. Oceanbase, PolarDB), Java, Python, Databricks, Data Virtulization tools.
Strong knowledge of data migration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data quality assurance, and reconciliation.
Experience in large scale system cutover and rehearsal arrangements.
Experience designing target architectures that integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., core banking, treasury platforms)
Familiarity with Hong Kong's financial services regulatory environment (e.g., HKMA, HKIA compliance) is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and present to C-level executives.
PMP, TOGAF, or similar certifications are a plus.
Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
