Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions
A international advisory group is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across diverse sectors, providing strategic advice to clients and driving deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage M&A transactions from origination through to completion.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
* Proven track record in managing complex transactions and client engagements.
* Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
