Prevention Advisor As a Prevention Advisor within our rapidly growing company, your job description is broad and challenging. We are looking for someone who, in addition to the position as safety coordinator, also fine-tunes the ISO procedures and asset management within our company. Because the organization is still relatively small at the moment, this is the ideal moment ! It is not a requirement to have experience in all areas, although it is a plus. It is especially important that you are flexible, independent and eager to learn. Even though we are looking for someone who can manage projects in an organized and structured way, your colleagues provide good support. Your tasks: You fulfill the role of safety coordinator within the company: You supervise the safe execution of tasks by BOSAQ employees both in production and on customer sites You make your colleagues aware of risks through toolbox meetings You provide guidelines for risk analyses when setting up projects You monitor the correct registration of events and think about further prevention measures (root-cause analyses) You map out internal processes for the correct set-up of a highly digitized asset management system You roll out the implementation of a standardization according to ISO guidelines across the entire company in terms of quality, safety and environment You contribute to a multi-year strategy for quality, safety and environmental management within the company and its operations at home and abroad You help the technical project teams with the preparation of manuals and maintenance procedures ⚒️ Skills You have a technical bachelor's degree and the diploma of safety coordinator Experience in the industry as a safety coordinator or HSQE officer is a strong plus You are interested in technology and production You are fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus You report progress, challenges, possible diversions, opportunities with the COO Attitude You are communicative and strong in your shoes You are proactive and always think a step further Quality is your priority; you want to excel in your work You work together with colleagues; every project is a team effort You will feel like a fish in our water if You appreciate honest, sincere, and direct communication in both Dutch and English.
