Project Management Executive
This is a key leadership role that oversees the planning, coordination and delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing project activities from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. They will be proactive, able to lead independently and work closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and within budget completions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external parties to ensure seamless project execution.
* Safety Protocols: Ensure safety standards are integrated into every project phase.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Leadership Skills: Proactive attitude and ability to lead projects independently.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with clients.
* Flexibility: Ability to regularly visit project sites.
* Licenses: Valid driving license (B).
* Languages: Proficiency in English required; Dutch is an asset.
