This position is required to be on-site and is located in Brussels, Europe.

This position will report to the Manager, International Sales Documentation.

The Coordinator, International Sales Documentation, supports Nutrien's fertilizer logistics and distribution operations in Europe by ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of fertilizer products to customers. This role involves handling shipping documentation, coordinating with transport providers, ensuring regulatory compliance (VAT, Regulatory, inter-European trade documentation, etc.), and maintaining accurate records.

What you will do:


1. Communicate with customers regarding their needs and expectations of our products and services.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Transportation, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Credit along with our plants to manage customer order activity and provide needed documentation on a timely basis.
3. Prepare and create export documents as required to ensure no issues with customs clearance.
4. Learn and understand our Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potassium nutrients as well as specialty lines of products in our Agricultural, Industrial, and Feed Divisions.
5. Act as a resource for Sales persons in communicating with customers.
6. Accurately satisfy customer inquiries regarding: order status, product availability, product specifications, shipping documents, product safety, etc.
7. Coordinate and verify timely delivery of orders with plants, transportation group and customers.
8. Enter and invoice orders in SAP.
9. Maintain customer/shipment files to support audit requests.
10. Provide back-up support for other positions on the team as required.
11. Flexibility to adjust working hours to align with European time zones.


What you will bring:


12. Strong problem resolution and analytical skills along with being able to exercise independent decision making within established guidelines.
13. Bilingual in French.
14. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deliverables.
15. Experienced in a variety of software programs and applications with an aptitude to learn new systems.
16. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, being detail-oriented and comfortable in a team environment.
17. High attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure.
18. Solid understanding of Customer Service processes and procedures, and how transactions flow through and report in the various systems.
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required.
20. Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, International or a related four-year degree.
21. Preferred experience or background in an Agricultural, Commodities or Industrial Chemicals is beneficial but not required.
