Working in the Transformation Team
Working in the Transformation Team means contributing to the strategic engine driving Wyre's evolution. Our team is responsible for prioritizing all change initiatives and maintaining a clear, integrated overview of the full transformation portfolio.
We oversee each change request from intake through post–golive, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery. Through close collaboration, we align the interests of internal business owners, external delivery partners, customers, and shareholders, enabling coordinated decision making and impactful outcomes.
Your Role as Manager of Change PMO
As Manager of the Project Management Office, you support the prioritization of change projects, guide the Project Managers, ensure compliance with change governance, and confirm the overall change roadmap.
Roadmap Management
* You establish and maintain a strategic roadmap & project framework and methodology for your team in line with Wyre's strategy and ensure its proper implementation.
* You define and run change governance by establishing standardized processes, methodology, policies, and approval gates for all changes, ensuring a consistent life cycle from intake to post-implementation review .
* You support the prioritization of change initiatives by evaluating changes using a standardized framework and support the coordination with SLT to focus on the most critical initiatives.
* You guard the roadmap of large initiatives & associated release schedule by facilitating the Product Board meeting to arrive at overall roadmap, take ownership of that roadmap and present it on domain steercos .
* You review newly submitted project requests, making sure all required elements are in place .
* You ensure alignment across initiatives by identifying dependencies, conflicts, or overlaps between initiatives and coordinate teams to prevent issues .
* You compile the roadmap reporting by providing regular visibility on the status and impact of initiatives: which changes are in the pipeline, progress, risks and outcomes .
* You ensure the alignment and accurate translation of the overall Wyre Change Portfolio into the short‑ and long‑term IT and Engineering Roadmaps.
* You act as Wyre's representative in the Service Meetings with IT and Engineering delivery partners.
Collaboration
* You and your team collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders:
o Manager of Process & Business Analysts
o Business owners of the initiatives
o Delivery partners (IT, Engineering…)
o Implementation Manager
o Customer Service Managers & Account Managers, who represent the voice of the Wholesale customer
* You report into the Transformation Lead who owns the overall change roadmap.
Leadership
* Your team members (8) are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of large initiatives.
* You are responsible for steering and coaching the Project Managers. You take all necessary steps to ensure a profonde onboarding of new Project Managers. You create an environment where people can grow and thrive. You encourage the development of their competencies, knowledge & skills in the short & long term.
* You are responsible for creating a diverse team that is well placed to manage the challenges related to implementing change on operational, tactical & strategic level.
* You manage the capacity of your team, considering the priorities set by Wyre.
Our ideal PMO Manager:
* Has at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, managing change and leading a team.
* Holds a master's degree in a business or technology domain, however, relevant experience and strong industry insights are equally valued.
* Ideally have experience in the ICT/telecom sector.
* Has a real passion and dedication for Change and a deep understanding of change governance frameworks.
* Can maintain oversight and is able to prioritize an identify dependencies based on Wyre product knowledge .
* Sees things from a broad perspective ("helicopter view") and keeps the long‑term vision in mind.
* Holds strong reporting and presenting skills towards internal and external stakeholders like customers and partners.
* Acts as a bridge‑builder across stakeholders, building long‑term relationships and confidently managing expectations and setting boundaries when needed.
* Can motivate a team and steer them in their methodology .
* English is key, Dutch is an asset.
